At Shinemaster.pk, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our business, products are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We are unable to accept returns for any other reason, including changes of mind.

As we operate on a cash-on-delivery basis, any return requests must follow these steps:

• First, ship the product back to us.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or arrange an exchange if applicable.

Please note that all return courier charges are the responsibility of the customer.
